Oversized scarf for a cool December start

Buenos días y feliz mes de Diciembre!!

Qué ganas tenía de que llegase ya este mes... y no es que precisamente sea de esas que les guste el frío (ni mucho menos, yo soy tremendamente tropical) pero es que Diciembre me encanta... esa sensación de que la Navidad se va acercando, de que cada noche me espera en casa un té de Navidad con esas galletas de mantequilla que solo hacemos durante este mes... ese empezar a llenar la agenda de planes, de cenas, de quedar con unos y con otros... sencillamente, ¡¡me encanta!!

Y mira que mi madre me dice que a estas alturas de la vida se me debería haber pasado ya esa pasión infantil por la Navidad pero, sinceramente, yo creo que cada vez va a más.  Es verdad que la mañana de Reyes ya no es tan especial como solía ser pero, a cambio, tenemos otras cosas con los que los no-tan-pequeños podemos entretenernos, ¿no?

Así que aquí os dejo con un look del finde pasado (obviamente no de éste porque sino habría sido imposible salir sin paraguas), disfrutando de una mañana de solete y re-estrenando una capa-poncho de hace siglos que, gracias a Burberry, ha vuelto a salir de las profundidades del armario... además combinando tonos camel, negros y flecos... si es que en el mundo de la moda, ¡¡todo vuelve!!

I was so looking forward to finally enjoying December... and I can ensure that I´m not the kind of girl that loves the cold weather, let´s say that I´m fully tropical!! But, even though the low temperatures I love December so much, the feeling that Christams are near, that every evening when I arrive home I will taste the perfect warm Xmas tea, and that I will eat as many butter biscuits as possible (we only baked them during Xmas season so you can imagine that the other 11 months are quite hard).  It´s weird, my mum used to tell me that when I grow up, the Xmas magic will dissapear, and for me, it´s the other way round: year by year there are more plans, more special events... Christmas day and all that Santa Claus stuff is not as fun as it used to be, but come on, we all love the moment when we are given a special present!!!  What about you? Do you love these days as much as I do?
