Siren of the Sea

Buenos días!!!

Llevamos meses soñando con la llegada de la primavera... y como buenos inconformistas que somos, una vez que está aquí no podemos dejar de pensar en los meses veraniegos, en días interminables de sol y playa, en días con el pelo mojado y revuelto... en sentir cómo poco a poco va cayendo el sol mientras el reloj marca las 10 de la noche.

Y precisamente ese sentimiento de anhelo de los meses de Julio y Agosto es el que nos trae el editorial "Siren of the Sea" de L´0fficiel Netherlands.... no nos habla de las horas centrales del día, del momento donde el sol está brillando con más fuerza... sino que se queda en ese atardecer de brillos metálicos, en esa luz que va poco a poco cayendo, en ese dorado que envuelve todo mientras el mar sigue jugando con nosotros.

No podemos evitarlo, queremos ser sirenas y pasar las tardes al lado del mar, al lado del chiringuito, dejando que el día acabe y sin preocupaciones de volver a casa pronto porque tenemos que hacer mil cosas antes de mañana... creo que necesitamos un break... ¿y vosotros?

We´ve been looking forward spring to come with anxiety and now that it has finally showed up, we cannot avoid thinking about the summer times... not the middle hours with such a high temperatures (we are not yet prepared for that) but about the late part of the day, when the sun is setting, when there is this golden magic light around, when you don´t have to worry about the tick-tacking of your watch... I´d kill for a calm and quiet sunset, for feeling the day is coming to an end and you don´t need to rush... I´d love to become a siren and live by the sea as L'Officiel Netherlands is suggesting... what about you?, are you ok with the spring, or you need also the summer?
