Hay que reconocer que los chicos de García Madrid se lo curran mucho, muchísimo en cuanto a presentaciones se refiere. Si la colección de invierno triunfó a modo desfile parisino en el Círculo de Bellas Artes haciéndola lejana, misteriosa e inaccesible, en esta ocasión han querido buscar exactamente lo contrario.
Y es que la presentación de su colección para el próximo verano estaba pensada para ser un disfrute para los sentidos, para ver, oír, tocar, disfrutar... para acercarte o para alejarte, para interactuar o mantenerte al margen, para contemplar en solitario o para compartir.
Una preciosa casa antigua en el madrileño barrio de Malasaña, unos modelos estáticos que a veces llegaban a parecer maniquíes: unos en luces, otros en sombras... unos captando todos los flashes, otros pareciendo que simplemente "pasaban por allí".
Bravo, García Madrid, bravo... una vez más, ¡¡has vuelto a conquistarnos!!!
It´s impossible not to admit that guys from García Madrid really work hard when preparing their presentations to the press, bloggers and custormers. If last edition was presented following the trends of parisian runways (keeping the collection as distant and inaccesible) this time they have decided to present it in exactly the opposite way. Everybody could touch the collection, feel it, interact with it, look at it as much as they want, share it... it was a collection to be lived. And probably that was their idea when they selected an amazing old house in one of the most typical (but very, very hip) neighbourhood in Madrid as their location... and a static presentation combined with an in-situ showroom to allow everybody to discover their spring summer 2015 proposals at their own rithm. Thumbs up, García Madrid!!! Once again, you have conquered our hearts!!
